Protecting What Keeps You Cool™
Effective Date: July 23, 2025
Issued By: Cool Fortress, LLC Cool Fortress, LLC (“Company,” “we,” or “us”) warrants to the original purchaser (“Customer”) that the structural components of the Cool Fortress unit (“Product”) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and regular wear and tear for the lifetime of the Product at the original installation address.

2. What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover:
- Any third-party components, including but not limited to surge protectors or electrical accessories, which are covered under their respective manufacturer warranties.
- Normal wear and tear of cosmetic or mechanical components, including but not limited to powder coating, hinge pins, and fasteners, which may naturally degrade over time due to environmental exposure and regular use.
- Damage caused by external forces, including but not limited to:
- Acts of nature (e.g., hurricanes, floods, lightning, hail)
- Theft, vandalism, or tampering
- Improper installation or unauthorized modifications
- Negligent use, abuse, or failure to follow recommended maintenance
- Relocation or removal of the Product from its original installation site
3. Warranty Claims
To initiate a warranty claim, the Customer must:
- Provide proof of original purchase
- Submit a written claim to Cool Fortress, LLC at info@coolfortress.com
- Allow reasonable access for inspection, if required
If a valid claim is approved, Cool Fortress, LLC will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective structural component at no cost to the Customer. Replacement parts may be new or refurbished and are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.
4. Transferability
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser at the original installation address.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cool Fortress, LLC shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the Product, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
6. Governing Law
This warranty shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Osceola County, Florida.
